A fool is an old English dessert composed of stewed fruit folded with whipped cream. This recipe is a twist on the British classic; featuring cherries with a mascarpone whipped cream, garnished with ground almonds and lavender. 

Coronation chicken was invented in London for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, so Buckingham Palace could serve something new and delicious to mark the celebratory occasion. This recipe features a traditional coronation chicken salad recipe with notes of mango, almonds, and tarragon.
